Well the worst of worst days the pressure was on They 've been in East texas since Sunday night They hit one lake Monday Morn cancled On the Fork Trip 4' waves on the lake Monday, Monday evening went to Crappie Dales hot spot at Marina Del Ray Mood said if He see Dale He's gonna sink His boat they locked them in monday night kind'a hard for 2 fatboys tom squeez through a cattle gap in the fenceshow up this morning at My Lake we'll call it A lake 10-20 mph winds,but I told them I'd be there bad conditions all the way around backside of a front the coldest yet the only boat on the water for 2 1/2 hours was US gust up to 25 mph couldn't hold the boat for nuthin ,but its days like today that seperate the fishermen bout 1/12 hours time before it relly got bad They had boated 38 Mood gettin the early lead Crappie 97 Your jig's did good The brush Gods love them had some fish to 15 inches They brought the wroung rods They found out fast that good crappie don't come out of the brush easy started catching at 12' on a slow drop 20 mins later they werer at 24' tough conditions ,but they smiled all the while! They send therer reguards to all We going to fresh waters tomorrow Remember its not When,Where or What Your using ,but How You apply it I think They gained alittle insite today I'll post for them tomorrow "O" BTW He makes some mighty fine summer sausage!

Talked to dad this morning sounds like they are having a blast. Robert don't spoil them too much. Make sure he don't lose all my jigs, if he does send him home with more material as I used a bunch for him for this trip.

Well I got'im in the good ones this Morning Mood took a early lead with 2 in a row that ran bout 1 3/4 I answered with 6 straight 1 1/2 ta 2lbs The Rod was dazed I fished a new color this morning sneeked it in on'im then the Rodster got a Nice one multiple break offs today Rod left to pick his wife up down the road she flew in He pulled up in the boat and slamed a 2.2 lb white then a 1.8 black I had to go ,but I left'im at it they had a 10 fish stringer today that would go between 16-17 lbs. They wanted to know if I had any land close by for sale!

A 16 pound stringer would give ole hotmod a heart attack Take it easy one him ,he's getting up there ya know

Fork or the "Secret Lake"? New color too?

Well we had one heck of a time. Crazy Angler hooked us up on some nice crappie fishing. Hes One heck of a guy. He probably was ready for us rednecks to leave Anyway we managed a pretty nice stringer. Today before leaving we stopped by crazy anglers store and snagging some more goodies. Crazy taught us a lot maybe we can start finding the elusive crappie in our neck of the woods. I caught my personal best so far a nice 2.2 I will try to post a couple pics. We were too busy catching to take to many pictures. We wound up with probably 45 or so keepers over the 2 days fishing crappie most really nice size. We caught and released several dinks but it was fun.

Man-O-man, we had a blast fishing East Texas with Crazy Angler. He defenitley put us on some god fish even in the worst of conditions & we caught some really nice fish. Can't wait to make another trip East. Fishing with Robert is better than any guided trip you could ask for, I do believe he has had a crappie brain transplanted along beside his own brain.
That man can think just like a crappie I do believe.

If you happen to go to Marina-Del Ray late in the day be sure to take you some good wire cutters because they will lock you in and hold you captive unless you can escape like we did. Us old West Texas have out sights on old Crappie Dale's boat.

glad you all had a fun trip nice buch of fish. Wish I could have been there. Rodney guess we will have to tie more jigs to replace some yall lost. Got some more ideas.? Hey THANKS to Crazy Angler he has feed my addiction in the jig tying more. I was using 1/2 a 10ft bench now look its FULL! Hollar at me Crappie97 and lets tie some more jigs. We can get to gether here if ya want got some chenille waiting on ya!!!
