EDited--does that make more sense?

No.

If you had said there was a set of values instead of different. Different implies there are some today, yet you end by saying there are none.

I used to sit around listening to my elders visit. Gossip, health issues, cheating, ect. BORING.

I am 41 and live in Frisco. My neighbors and I sit outside and shoot the bull all the time. It is always a good time. I also have several old friends that I get together with from time to time and eat lunch, catch up, etc.

This is a really good string of posts. I think our culture could use more 'people skills'. Those can only be obtained through face to face interactions.

Just my 2 cents....

Ron
