Gotta do a little "ciphering" before the big fight:
I'll do the dogs, you do the beer.
Package of Bar S weiners $1.00
Pkg of Buns $1.00
Mustard. .79
Jalapenos: $1.00 lb.
Propane $15
Fuel to and from ramp. $60
Director's fees, beer for the cooks, expense accounts, etc. $8500
Min. margin. 600%
I figger dat we need to sell the dogs as a package deal with the beer... ( like a happy meal)..due to the mandatory jalapeno content. ( sell more that way)....and the package would be cheap at first, until they get drunk and their mouths are burning. Then we'll raise prices after the fight bell rings.
Say, one happy meal which includes two dogs, and two beers for....hmm.... $15 bucks? Cheaper than Cowboy stadium huh ? Then we raise it to $25 later.
