What would be the best technique for putting grilled chicken in the freezer for use later? Plastic bags,tupperware???

I'd vacuum pack it. If you don't have a vacuum packer, you can get a hand operated vacuum packer at the storage bag section of the grocery store. Works real well for me.

Vacuum bagging would be the best for reheating the chicken as well. Just drop it in boiling water. In the oven it would dry out and in the microwave it would turn to shoe leather.

Vacuum bag here too.

If you dont have the foodsaver setup, use a freezer Ziplock bad. Fill your sink with cold water. Zip the bag about 3/4 then submerge the bag into the water keeping the open corner of the bag out of the water.

The pressure of the water against the bag will get most of the air out. Then zip it up, pull it out of the water and throw it in the freezer.

I hope that I made sense...
