Back in the 1990's I caught a lot of fish on a Uncle Ed's Lizard They don't make them anymore. Does anyone have any or know where I could get them.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think those are the ones he's talking about. These lizards had a straight tail almost like a snake.

I still have some in black/blue and watermelon/pumpkin

Ryan, I have 19 of the 9 inch ones, watermellon black flake and punkinseed. If you don't locate any, you can have these few.

My fishing partner at Fork may have some left. We caught the fire out of big fish on them in early 90's at night on Fork. I think we may have started the Uncle Ed rage down there. On full moon June 93, we caught 35 over 5 on them. With the straight tail, they went thru the moss good.

I got some from Gordon at RC Tackle last spring. He said he was closing them out, but he may still have some. Best bet is to give him a call (563) 370-4686.

I am just starting to pour plastic and I would like to buy one of those 9" & 6" ones or work out a swap if you like. I have someone who gave me a 6" in fair shape to try and make a mold out of. He really liked them when they were available and wants some more. I can paypal you for the shipping and bait or send you some hand poured back for the worms you sent me.

I can post a picture on Saturday morning but I really would like to work out a deal for a 9" & 6" one to make some molds. If anyone is going to the TFF Christmas party on Saturday, bring a couple for me please, I will be there. Not sure what made them special back in the day. Maybe it is the rat like tail or the way the legs are at right angles with four toes on each one.

I will try to post a pic when I return from the benefit tournament. I one of have both sizes. That mold is still in existence also. The 6" is actually closer to 5" and the big one is ~ 9".
