Would like to go and catch a few hybrids and sand bass. I was thinking of going to Palestine, RC or CC. Haven't been on any of these lakes for at least 3 years. I'm closest to Palestine but haven't never fished there. I usually fish with slabs. What lake would you suggest? Like to go around Thanksgiving time.

That right there would be a good enough reason for me to go to Palastine.

Ranger 188,

See my "Richland Chambers/As Good As it Gets" Report on Page 2 of this section. We're booked both AM & PM on Friday & Saturday, but have a boat open for a Morning or Afternoon Trip on Monday-Wednesday. I do have a couple on Friday Morning that would be willing to split a trip if your Party wanted to join them. Let's us do the work while you do the "Catchin'"!

Good Luck and Good Fishin'!

The fish are really going everywhere now that the water has cooled down. Just about any lake you choose will be a good one. Pick one and have some fun thumb

If you have not yet read the Palestine thread there is some good info in there.

I dont think you could go wrong with any of the lakes you asked about...
