u can fish both drifting or anchoring. guides are catching them both ways and in deep water as well as shallow....each day is different ...watch your wind and follow the baitfish....

You could drift in the dam area and tie off or anchor in the shallow flooded timber. Just be ready to hit a few stumps just below the surface. If you don't know the lake very well it can mess up your boat. Get a good lake map and beware of the flooded forrest in the middle of the lake.

Try drifting 30 to 35 ft of water using cut shad or buffalo been good for me lately

large gizzards have been hard to find try concrete or boat ramps in the middle of day other than that look for em on graph !!
