Anyone ever been or have any advice on who to go with or what to fish for in Saint Lucia? I'm going next week and was just wondering. Thanks in advance!

Yes! I went there for my honeymoon, we stayed at the one of the three sandals resorts. They had a deal through the resort, that took you from your room down to the marina, loaded you up, provided all food and drinks, and within a mile off the coast we were already at 1500ft deep, by three miles out where we fished the water was 3200ft deep. We fished for marlin, wahoo, and other big game fish. It was by far the best deep sea trip of my life, and the cheapest. With the first 30 min of trolling, the second guy in the chair landed a 400+lb blue, in my two turns in the chair i got one hard run on the first turn which broke off. My second turn i caught my first and only blue marlin, close to 700lbs, and took me almost an hour to fight, they tried to get me to hand the rod off, but you know there was no way that was going to happen. It was also the cheapest trip ever, it cost 380 for my wife and i, and there were only two other couples on the trip. TOP NOTCH FISHING. Also if you have one of those teloscoping fishing rods, take it with you, I did. Take some bright chartruese swimbaits and hold on, caught two big weird fish i had never seen before, and broke the rod fighting another. The resort was right on the water and it gets deep quick, there were some pillings from like an old pier, and lots of reef around, fish near that type of structure from the beach and you will do awsome. Also if you are a golfer, the golfing is amazing as well.
