the fishing has been really good at Packery--it is alot easier to fish than Port A --it as also been good at the Ferry landing--was there the other day and did really good from the bank--another good spot is between port a and aransas pass just across from crab man--the reds were good there too!!!

Just got back from 2 days in the Corpus area and the fishing was definitely OFF. One day was a full day inshore charter out of NAS Corpus and the next day at Packery and Bob Hall pier. SLOW both days and each place. Tues afternoon bait was in close at
Packery and some trout, etc. Wed a few Jacks but otherwise NADA.
Bob Hall just a FEW Whiting and even fewer Pomps. No reds, trout, not even any sand trout. No flounder. So slow at the piers on the NAS that we even caught bait size croaker on popping corks at night.
