I was not in charge of the toy donations last year, and was a little peeved myself when I saw how disgruntled JP was that the toys from the xmas party didn't go to grace. But they still went to a good cause, I even posted the pictures here of the toys all stacked up when I brought them into the central warehouse in arlington for disbursing.

I'm not sure where the mixup happened last year, I offered to pick up the toys at the TFT tournament, and was asked if I was also picking up the toys at the x-mas party, to which I stated that only if the toys were to be donated to TFT, I made sure with Sharon that they were and collected them.

To those who want to donate toys to an organization that helps kids in our area, great. But please don't think that donations to TFT go elsewhere here. All toy donations in the Metroplex go directly to less fortunate children IN the metroplex. The number I was given in an email early this year was that over 450,000 toys were collected and distributed to over 200,000 children.

If there is another TFT tournament, I would be glad to help again.

And I agree with what was stated before, it doesn't matter what group as long as the toys go to kids in our area.

The toys are going to Grace this year. I hope this ends any speculation.

Nobody was peeved at anyone last year Gambit. If you recall I as sitting there with JP as well. We were a little puzzled when you started loading up the toys, as there was a little confusion about where they were going that's true.

I knew I wasn't crazy. It's a lot better when all the facts are known instead of guesses and woulda, shoulda, couldas, are tossed out. Sorry I got mad, but I felt like a simple question should have been answered not ignored, and certainly not made fun of.
Didn't mean to cause such a ruckus over toys. Maybe one or two people ought to be designated to answer questions and not have everyone throw in their two cents worth of speculation.
