Day 6 on lake Falcon was from daylight till noon.

The winds were SSE 10-15 from the southeast.

We worked mainlake points with 1oz jigs, 7" yum dingers and brush hogs.

We both limited out but no fish over 5 lbs so we did not take picutres.

For the week we never got on the crank bait bite everyone talks about. We threw them but only had 2 takers and niether fish was over 2 lbs.

The best baits for BIG fish where june bug 1 oz jigs with a craw worm trailer and any watermelon T-rig brush hog with 5/16 or 1/2 oz weights. Several fish on 7" dingers.

At noon we pulled of the lake and headed to San Antonio where I had to stop by a jobsite. I am thankfull for my job but I sure wish I was fishing!

Not to rain on anyone, but it was not Tok with the film crew it was Yusuke Miziyuke (sorry for the spelling). Yusuke fished out of his boat and another pro from Japan named Toshi fished out of mine. Last year we did the samething, but at Sugar Lake. Tok did not come this time he stayed at home. We caught some nice fish with a 9.5,8+,7+, and five 6+ fish. All the fish came from 15 to 30 feet of water with football jigs. Thanks Your Choke Canyon Guide Justin Bauer 830-570-1837
