Well i decided to start making some jigs last week after looking around on this jig maker topic. Here is my first batch.

I used alot of what i saw on here to make these. I have decided i am going to let the green fish rest for awhile and get back to fishing for fun and dinner. I mostly fish texoma and fork. If anyone wants to teach me a few tricks on texoma i would be glad to offer a back seat.

Hey Chris i tried this before and couldnt really seem to get a hand on it! Guy name Crappie Fann on this forum told me who to get a hold of to get help on this, Wind up being Crappie Dale.

I understand hes not here no more, but that guy can tie a freek'n jig. He showed me how in about 2hrs i was cranking them out looking better & better. He's so darn hard to get a hold of. Your jigs look good to, may i ask what kind of tail material youre using. And were could i purchase some.

I have been getting all of my materials at barlows in richardson. They dont sell the sickle jig heads so i bought the mold and the hooks and started making my own. The tail feathers are neck hackle with a little bit of flash. Warning!!!, i probably have spent $350 getting set up to make these. I think the only thing more addictive than making lures is crack.
