This has probley been covered before but what is the best way to get the lead head jigs to shine like new again?

Anyone?

Dip em in silver or grey powder paint maybe Seems would be a quick easy way to handle that issue in just a few seconds.. Awaiting to hear other suggestions as well

They can be soaked in vinager it will remove the discolration.

Don't put the shine back on!

On the rare occasion I actually catch a crappie, my jigs work better when they have had all the paint beat off of them, they look mangled, you are not sure if the next fish is going to break the next hook.

That is if I don't break them off in the brush!

But you cant just beat them with a hammer, you actually have to fish them to that point.

I'm not sure how to restore the shine, but if you like them shiny, clear coat them as soon as you can ofter pouring and they will not discolor.
