You can get plastic polish from most auto parts stores. I am not sure you will notice much difference.

I spent 300.00 on a kit to polish/refinish/restore plastic lenses.I couldnt tell much difference between the high dollar kit i bought and the ones they sell at Oriellys. Some lenses just turn out better than others, but it seems like the shine doesnt last for very long on any of them, a year at most.

Flitz metal polish works well on them. I used a dremmel buffer.

i bought a tube of headlight cover cream (cleaner) for about $6.00 at o'reilly's and it worked very good! now they've got it to where if your headlight covers have the oxidation and are kinda a yellow color they wont pass them and thats what happened to me but the guy was nice enought to tell me about the stuff. hope this helps.

3M makes a polishing kit. You can find it at most auto parts stores.

Mine were really bad. Yellow too. This is an old gear-head trick I use. Took 600/1000/1500/2000 wet/dry sandpaper, and some water. Tape off around the lights. About 5 minutes or less on the lights for each grade of sandpaper, then use some rubbing/polishing compound to finish them off. About 30 minutes for both lights. Crystal clear gauranteed. And, if you own an older boat, you can also use the extra sandpaper/compound for shining up flat gelcoat!

Lightly wet sand using 1000 grit sandpaper and polish afterwards. (Almost any polish will do) and if you can shoot some clearcoat that's what I do at the body shop smile
