The official sunrise tomorrow is 7:12 AM and civil twilight starts at 6:46AM.

Basically if you can see where you are going you should be safe but if you are using that time to decide what time you need to get out of bed then add this page to your favorites

If you know the area, any time is safe. Fishing in the dark is awesome. Not as many boats to compete with also. The silence, darkness, and a lot of time calmer winds just adds to the atmosphere. You will also be at your prime spot for the best bite of the day, sunrise.
