What year, model, engine size and make, trolling motor model and size. What's wrong with lower unit...is it bearings, seals, gears, etc? Is the transom punctured, cracked, stressed from too big of a motor or what?
Thanks

Sorry, let me get all that in here: Its 1993 lowe hull, 1993 30 horse power johnson motor, the lower unit is pretty much gone. You might be able to rebuild it, but I would suggest not. Its the forward and pinion gears that are bad, they went to [censored] in there, and scared the housing some. As far as I know the transom isn't leaking, but it is flexy and you can see some of the bolts and screws starting to sink in as I have shown in the pics. The trolling motor is a 70# 24 volt variable speed minkota maxxum. Believe it is the 42" shaft.
So here it is broke down:
*Your getting a motor that has a working powerhead and some lower unit parts that you can sell on ebay, for 200. You will need to find a used lower unit or you can part the motor out. I also have the shop manual for the motor that I will send with it, I payed 40 but Ill send it included in the 200.
*You are getting the boat with three good batteries and an eagle fish easy II for 200(works pretty good, used it to catch crappie last winter in 30' of water). It has 8au wire run to the tm, and a 50amp breaker at the battery for the trolling motor. Also has a rod box, you can leave it in or do as I did previously and take it out for more room in the boat. You will need to put new plywood in the transom I think, however that is your call. No larger than the motor is it may not be an issue.
*The trailer has tires with about 80% of their tread, plus I rewired it a couple months ago for 200. Only thing here is it needs new courtesy lights and some indoor/outdoor carpet on the guides that stick out to the side. Tags are good through April I want to say.
*The other 650 is from the almost new trolling motor that retails for 720. There is enough power in the trolling motor that if you part the motor out and take it off you could just use this boat for small lakes, it will go faster than the outboard idle speed.
