Very good today, cloud cover and just medium wind. There were birds working but not a overly large amount. Water was 63. Caught many fish, took by brother who does not fish and he caught his limit easy. My brother snapped his line 4 times with fish because he did not set his drag right. The sand bass were big and fat. Caught 4 over hybrids that were fat too. Fished with slabs, swimbaits and tried the inline spinner thingy but did not fair well with that. Man I wish Ray Hubbard would be like that. Most fish caught around Holiday Humps and back past there which was only like 4 feet deep. Man swim baits are fun to use and catch fish. Used sassy shad and cohoe. All lures used were all Moe's tackle stuff.

Glad to hear you and your new boat are finally on some fish! It is so much fun to catch those big ones. I had a great day on Hubbard - I'll post it apart from here. Don't want to hijack your post. Again, glad to hear you had a good day.

TBG, sounds like you had a great day. Glad you got into some fish. I had to work today but I am off next weekend, hopefully they will still be biting.
