Well, I got that once to twice a year itch, to head up there Sat. morning. In addition to any intel anyone would like to share, to what is already on the forum, can anyone tell me if I would be better off launching somewhere on the west side (377 access)or on the east side.

Is there floating logs or debris after all this rain? Went out tuesday and there was some above the highway 70 bridge but have not heard anyone else mention anything.

Haven't heard anything either. hopefully it will have blown back to shore by now.

Doesnt matter where you launch as there are fish everywhere...seriously everywhere..
Nothing floating in the main lake.. may be stuff far west and north dont know...be carefull anyway cuz ya never know

Thanks for the update JD, I'm taking my dad-in-law up there tomorrow as well & we're planning on launching at Eisenhower park. Very strongly want to see him catch a few bigguns on topwaters.

Caught this at Texoma recently on a popper. Top water and swim bait action all day under the clouds. My personal best. Winds were NNW and water temp was 62.

going to Eisenhower State Park tomorrow. Any suggestions on topwaters?
