Went to Eagle mountain this morning ,Leonard called and said he needed to run his boat. Fished about 1 1/2 hours got blew off. Caught all fish on ole ugly chartues and white and a silver. Caught fish at a different place than I have caught them this week. This was the biggest area of fish I have seen in a long time . We drifted an area 300 yards by 300 yards solid fish. Finally just achnored up and it was not any of this coming through stuff. We caught fish solid for 1 1/2 till we got blowed off. Still lite bite.Water started coming over the bow it is time to leave. Wished I had been in my boat. All fish caught 21 to 23 ft. today. Fish were really big for EM sandbass.Saw Orange freak he was on his way in. Called him but he had already loaded up to go home.

I have been getting calls from people who don't have any electronics on their boat and they want to know were to fish.I can't help them. In many instances 15 or 20 ft. can be the differenance between no fish and a lot of fish. Much more important than lure or color of lure. Yesterday was an exception there was a huge area of fish but that is not the case normally. If people want to catch sandbass get a good scope and learn to use it or otherwise you are stuck with trolling or the few times a year they surface.
