Taking a buddy out this afternoon. I read about the sand bass and the slabs. Can anyone tell me if the south or north side is the best to try and fish with slabs. I usually stick around the island or on the south side of the lake.

I just got back from EM. Marked some fish around 25ft humps, caught a couple but I just couldn't get it going. I think right now it's better in the late morning into the early afteroon but the only way I could fish is early this morning I have to work at the speedway tonight.

I passed Johnny and Leonard on my way in and sure enough Johnny called me and had already found them. Hopefully they wacked them good!

Had my best day on EM in the last 2 months this past Wednesday. Definately stay on the south end. If they are on the north, I sure don't know where at.
