Just wanted to say we had a great day on the vine today.Fished the bubbles and caught at least 75 nice white bass. Was using 2 1/8th oz white marabou jigs tied about 1 foot apart.

I caught 3 doubles in a row.Also had a catfish rig on the bottom at the same time getting a 2lb 9oz blue on shad.Funny catching whites then the clicker is going off before I can sit one pole down.

Gave some fish away and turned the rest loose.Most weighed a pound or more.Nice and fat you can tell they are feeding up! Seen at least 500 fish caught between 6 boats. Had my buddy Ronnie with me what a blast!

Way to go Johnathan. Where did you put in at. I was thinking of going on Saturday.

I like Medowmere park.The water is about 4 feet high and the slope of the ramp is such that you have to back in a little water but it has a courtesy dock.It is $5 launch fee but convenient for me.

I was counting down between 10 and 20 feet then bumping the retrieve and nailing them.Some were caught close to the surface but most were suspended 10 to 20 feet.

I work weekends so I usually hit it Wed,Thur or Fri !Meet some nice people fishing there.One is a lurker on here didn't get his name.Really had a blast. Wish my wife had of got in on the action.Every time I take her it is slow.

Got on the water at 7AM or so it was like glass simply beautiful!
