I made my own out of an old gas stove top burner and welded it inside a piece of 12" pipe. Added legs and brass fitting to run the hose to a propane tank.
They usually have some good ones at Bass Pro, Cabelas, or Gander Mtn. Sorry I can't help with a brand.
Cook the filets until they float to the top. The grease is ready when you throw a match in and it lights. If it starts to smoke, turn down the heat. Dust off the cornmeal good on the filets before adding to the grease. This will keep the cornmeal from building up in the bottom of the pan and burning, causing the srease to stink.

I remember my Dad and Uncles making a fryer out of tire rims and a couple of propane burners out of room heaters. Had some old army pots, about 5 gallons. I think they could render whale oil with them.
