depends on whether you plumbed the swim and know it is a good swim. If it is , then stick it out, if not you suck

Change spots...Unless I see signs of fish. Two days should be time to get something if there are fish in the area. This isn't Europe.

He zach is back great...I normaly spend the first couple of days mooving around alot on a new lake( move every day)
Put my bivy at a strategic point so I can overlook a big part of it..and look 24/7 for signs of feeding carp..like fish jumping
Then I bait up small amounts in 4-5 passibel swims and just roam them of until one swim jumps out
Then I just fish that swim and dont give up until I find a better option...but that can take weeks or even months and not 2 days

There are some lakes around here that you won't catch a fish most of the time, but when you do it will be 30#+

I guess it depends on the situation. If the lake, or a certain spot, is proven by others to have fish in it then I go about it differently than if it is a new lake all together that I know nothing about. I'm more patient if I know fish have been caught there before.

that is part of exploring. Take the lake in Mexico where those guys fished it for days and blanked only to get a 40 on the next trip

After 2 Days of blanking, the only option would be to add a little more Captain to your Coke.

I'd stick it out. Find any feature and go with more localized baiting. Or perhaps not bait at all and just go with a method feeder. Might mean very few fish but that could equal some good size. Years ago some twat taught me that when specimen hunting its better to blank than to catch a lot of small fish. Its proven true time and time again. Think Athens mate.

Day 3: I’d start by finding three or four likely looking swims, bait each one and then visit them in rotation.

I’d be baiting up with a mixture of 4 and 6mm pellets, hemp and 10mm boilles – some chopped, some crumbed and some whole, for the hook I have either boilies or 10mm pellets.

I am with Bubba... It's all about the beer... The fishing is secondary.
