Serious good eats... I usually pay for it the next day, but it's worth it.

I've never had the EC brand. I always eat a local link called "Beasleys". Makes absolutely awesome chicken and sausage gumbo!

Earls' have just a little heat to them. Throw 'em on a bun and add some mustard or horse radish. Good eats.

I noticed EC didn't go up on their price, they just down sized the link.

Still good off the grill.

Not a fan of the hot links.

Chapel Hill or Burton Garlic on the other hand is top shelf eats.

A few EC's get me by as I'm waiting on the main course, a big slow smoked brisket.

Just added them to the list, gonna camp 5days straight at Purtis Creek this Friday. EC's will make great snackage during the day. This week has been great camping weather.

We have them made up this way for us quite often at work. Kind of fond of them now!
