I feel your pain. I think I've been on the lake 3 times.... this year. Followed closely by maybe 12 times last year.

I just got back from LL Brian but the fish aren't biting. It's weird how the crappie don't bite good when it is dead calm out.

Ok Stucky if you want to make Brian hate you more  . We only fished 2 brush piles and caught crappie at both places. We didn't fish for crappie very much, We spent most of the morning chasing stripers. Which is a little of the best of both worlds. The fight of the stripers and the eating of the crappie. Here is a pic of the largest of each.

We caught 14 on LL today, nothing to write home about, but it felt good to be on the water on such a nice day.

Lately nothing seems to be going right. I was just thinking that the last time I was fishing was the middle of september. Days like today really make ya wish you were out on the lake! dude i know what ya mean ...when it rains it pours...Right now im gettin flooded...Ill keep my head up .....

Hey Brian, hope today is going better, if it makes you feel any better, I got up early and was up late getting ready to fish today. I got to the lake wrestled with the boat, got it going, not five minutes later, they called me in to work! I hate that! So I'm sitting here looking out a window at my boat still on back of the truck!
