I see your point, but to me there's more of a public interest in baseball and football...they are already established national pastimes so sure there's going to be a huge interest in your examples that cannot be ignored by their media. Tournament bass fishing isn't on quite the same national level. If they have congressional hearings on this RR fiasco I'd agree with you. Until then, kind of apples and oranges. But like I said, I could be wrong and it might get a big write up in some of the outdoors magazines. I actually hope it does.

Me too, makes everyone more aware, and hopefully makes the t's more credible.

This guy does not even pass the smell test.

Pro level ball is different .Everybody has a contract and has to go and should play no matter what another team mate got himself into. Bass fishing except for a small majority is people that fund there activity out of there own pocket. It hurts the local growth.IMO

hopefully not, being a newly elected tournament director, I can tell you it has spurred interest and new ideas for checking out cheating. I do hope it is on going, and we get some new updates

He is a good poker player, I can tell. He did mention the investigation is on going, and would not show his hole cards at all. He gave me nothing in regards to when and if anything will happen in regards to an arrest, or warrants served on RR.

However they both sounded very much like the guy at the dock who just had a great day pre-fishing, and was trying to make it sound like it was tough or an average day at best. This is good I guess?

We have either been this guy or spoke to this guy in our clubs or at the marina many times...., so I felt good about where this is going(prosecution).

So another week goes on, and we wait, I'll call again after the New Year for an update.

No need to let the defense know anything until they need to know I guess.

As far as all the crime out there, this may seem trivial, but it does matter to us?

I hope Justice prevails in the end.

Dan

The Rockwall Grand Jury met today, they meet every other Wednesday, if charges are brought it will happen on one of these Wednesdays.

I wanted to talk with the District Clerk today but remembered after 5 pm, I'll call in the morning.

We will see how soft they are on crime. Will be interesting to see what ever happens as far as criminal charges.

How do you consider yourself a winner cheating??? I like to win but it wouldnt be worth it to cheat. i would feel like a loser. I guess thats the difference between a cheater and a winner.
