gone bass fishing. Had a break in my day so I headed on over to a local pond and caught half a dozen trash fish in about 45 minutes. Man, I tell you what. Catching fish is fun no matter what type they are. Biggest was about 3 1/2 pounds of course my eye judgment of weights might be off since I've been catching nothing but the good eating fish for a while now...

I haven't gone looking for them in quite a while.
Heck, anybody can catch those ole thangs.

I hear ya. After not doing so good on Somerville on sat., Sun. I fished my farm pond and from 10-12. I ended up with 12 "green carp" and 4 crappie. Man those 1 lb bass are fun to catch on ultra-lite.

Nothing wrong with straying off sometimes....I do. Can't skip out on just having a good ol' time catching fish.

At least i caught this one with a Rocky Top!

24 inches 9.83 certified at Lake Fork Marina, girth 23 7/8ths. Caught her deep and had to take her to the marina for some doctoring and fizzing. She was returned to the lake 2 hour after I caught her. Beautiful fish.

They measured her at the marina in case I wanted to make a replica.
