I like it, and it's a wide boat so I'm sure it wouldn't be one you would want to paddle a long way, but you have to give up some things for stability, and for a lot of people that is most important.

Looks like a winner, but the price will determine if it will be popular with kayakers.

Weight is also a big factor, and if it's heavy and cost is comperable to a jon boat, I think a jon would be the better way to go.

It looks like it's ready made or begging to have a trolling motor on it though!

We saw this kayak at Outdoor Retailer in July and spoke briefly with the guys. Looked very interesting and it's awesome to see some home-grown kayaks on the market.

I think at that time they mentioned to my brother that the price point would be over $1000, but we'll see when it actually comes out.
