Put in at the primitve launch @ 7:00am and paddled downstream. Water seems to be up about 4ft. Anchored up at my favorite spot and got 1 channel and 4 blues. The chanel was about 1lb and the blues were all about 2lbs. Decided to go back upstream and try what I beleived would be a good eddy but could not find it due to the high water. I did pick up 3 more blues all about the same size. All fish were caught on DK blood carolina rig. All blues had full bellys. When I cleaned them it turned out to just be a rocky/grainy white silt. The only thing I could think of was maybe nails?

There was alot of dink bites and there were not any big cats. Did get 20+ big buffalo. Fished from 7:00-11:00. No other kayakers only 1 PB (very polite)

I should have my new cobra fish n dive in any day now. I will post up a mid week report if/when it comes in this week.
