Might try up near the bridge by the Gaylord. I know someone that has done well up there. If you see me out there, come by and say hi.

LMAO, do you guys honestly know anything about the lake, because the best bet for him right now would be an area with a lot of cover a good flow of water and a shallow, 8-12feet flat that sits on the edge of the creek channel, the catfish will be drawn in by the scent of your bait, by the scent being drug into the main channel which will drag the scent down stream drawing in the cats.

Kingfisher, if you can get into running water you should do well. I would think that nightcrawlers would do well right now with all the rising water. Besides other mentioned baits filleted buffalo strips are a good bait for kittys. If your not lucky enought to catch them you can get some in neighborhood Mexican or Asian food markets. Of course fresh cut shad is very hard to beat.

That's where I usually end up. When there's alot of water dumping into the lake it's great fishing. But you need to get it just after a good rain, like the next day. Down side is you gotta dodge alot of debri. If you don't get any bites in about 20-30 min's move to another spot. Good luck. thumb
