Found out yesterday I lost a fishing buddy of mine. I try to take a older gentleman fishing when I can. He can't go by himself, and I would want somebody to take me when I get his age. him and his wife are like grandparents to me and my wife. He's been in and out of the ER several times in the last few months and he didn;t make it out this last time. I was waiting on him to get well enough to try and get him back to the lake. Anyhow, if you can crappie fish in heaven, I reckon he's under the 155 bridge at Palestine right now. Gonna miss you Ed.... Slew

im sure he is sir.. thats a fine thing to do. im sure my old grandpa is under the 514 bridge himself. we should all hope we are lucky enough to have someone who thinks enough of us to do the same. hell, i have a hard time getting anyone to take me fishing now. sorry to hear about the old fella, but surely the fishing is better where he is.
