It just made me laugh that someone actually advertised that they had a 4 acre pond with 20 lb bass in it. A little over zealuous marketing. I looked up the listing on their website and it claims to hold only 10 to 15 lb bass. It has a photo of a guy posing with a skinny 5 lb to prove it. Just goes to prove that fish stories grow even in advertising.

Just goes to prove that fish stories grow even in advertising. But in actuality is also has 15lbs of weight in it. (cheap I know, but I had to do it)

Tell them you need 45 days to close but you need a temp lease. Then you can get your 20 pounder and then not close.

Okay, as of right now there are 44,541 registered TFF members... That is less than $35 bucks each and we could have a TFF retreat! If there is 890,820 pounds of bass in that lake we could each catch our 20lbrs!
