Those banjos catch fish you know......I bought some and upgraded to a 4/0 circle hook..changed out the corkscrew so it would slide up the line when attached to a fish...tarpon, snook, and striper candy....cant throw em for shat though..its a great sight fishing lure with light tackle....no joke give it a try.

Are you asking just about bass lures? My favorite lures over all, for all kinds of fish, are curly-tailed jigs, sized appropriate for the fish I'm trying to catch and the size of the water I'm fishing. My favorite for the past couple of seasons is a 2" white powerbait curly tail on a 1/8 oz jig head. I've caught crappie, largemouths, whitebass, and stripers on this one bait. Also the odd catfish or two. Great stuff! In smaller sizes I catch sunfish as well.

I love to toss Berkley power grubs, any color/size, with some spinners attached. It seems that I catch more variety of fish with these things than anything else I own. Bass, Cats, Crappie, Bluegills....Turtles!

The Original Swimbait!! The Grub!! Catches everything from dink bream to trophy Flathead Catfish!! No joke; I've seen it done! I'm partial to the Kalin brand so thats usually what I throw. 2" triple threat grub; 3",4",5" lunker grubs and 6" and 8" Mogambo Grubs. Love 'em all cause they all catch fish and lots of them!!
