Bridgeport is muddy.No more rain

I was glad to see everyone that came to the meeting, for those that did not, all fish on Bridgeport must be under 14 and over 18, smallmouth must be over 14. There is a no boat zone on the west side of the main lake, it has one marker by the point anyone caught fishing in the cove past the line will be disqualified, This lake is plenty big and is known for som good stringers, so lets all have fun and be safe on the water, see ya at the ramp.

Don't knock the Grape worm texas rig...that'll catch some fish. I'm predicting smallmouth will be the key to a win.

I am praying that my boat will be out of the shop on Friday so that I can make it on the 7th. I do not have much faith this mechanic will have it ready on the 6th.

The mechanic said that he thinks he can have it ready, but he has not met a deadline he has given me yet, and I do not have much faith that this will be any different. We will see.....

Pre-fished this Sunday from about 10 to 3. total of 9 fish with one over, 6 way unders and two slots. Somebody ought to have a sack though, the fish were biting. Chuck-- Jbragg was out there fishing in the no fishing zone- better keep an eye on him!!

No Problem. I talked to him again today, parts have been ordered and should be ready on Friday. The only reason he has it now was because I had 1500 bucks of work done to it and the same part broke again with in 5 weeks of being fixed.. He said it was under warranty, but I got a bill this morning for all the parts.

JBragg should have the exact weight, but I think it was 7lbs and change. One over fish did it. Fishing was tough but any day on the water is a good day.

texasflycaster--west coast slammer and jbragg can get you all of the info. They are just getting this club started.The meetings are at El Gaupos in Denton and the next tournament is on Texoma sometime in December. Not sure of the dates for either.

What is meant by "one over fish did it?" Didn't they remove the slot from Ray Roberts? Anything over 14" is legal now, right?

I don't think they were not fishing on Ray Bob last Saturday.

Ok We fished Bridgeport on Sat. We had 15 members fish and had a good time.There was only 1 over fished weighed in thanks to David andJerry Spencer,a father son team.We had 5 new members join that will fish the rest with us and you talking about good sports.Also our first female joined so you other ladys dont be scared.We will welcome you just like family.The winning weight was 7.51 with a 3.91 bb..Second place went to Allen Perrin and Daryel Cambell with 4.82.agian thanks to the new guys and gals that came out hope to see yall at Texoma on 12/12/09.Will let yall know what ramp in acouple days.Any ??? let me know.
