Good tip, unfortunately. I hate theives, and there's a lot of theft going on in that area these days. There's a couple of articles on this site about Fork thefts and the lack of interest by local law enforcement on the matter.

As far as fishing, I've only been to that lake a few times, so I don't have any good tips. The only one I can for sure is stay in the boat lanes. This is an awesome fishery, but notoriously rough on boat hulls. My buddies boat is getting patched this week after an unfortunate run in with a stump. frown

There's a lot of guys here that fish it regularly and I'm sure will send some pointers. Good luck and stay safe.
