any a/c guys here?

question for you - my overflow for my home a/c on the side of my house is dripping more than normal, the ground is constantly wet. over the years i have been putting a little bleach in the overflow pipe in the attic to help keep the lines clean as suggested by the builder.

is my overflow pipe outside dripping more just because it i summer and the a/c is being used more or do i have a potential issue?

also, i put some more bleach in the pipe in the attic today and when the a/c came on you could smell the bleach in the house a little bit - that has never happened.

thoughts?

pm me please.

It has been warm & very HUMID lately, so condensate line will be throwing more out. Careful with bleach - it can corrode your coils . . .

Here's a better tip: Got a wet/dry shopvac? Clean the shopvac real good, then use it to SUCK on the condensate line.
Open the shopvac up and look at all the gook & water it sucks out from there. Wait a day or two, then do it again. Repeat till the water comes out clear! do once or twice a year during hot season; no more line problems, and no bleach!

I have a customer who is looking for employment here the N/E Dallas area if possible.

He was currently let go from a security job he worked at for several years.

Right now he is running into some snags with his interviews, he talks through a larynx device and no one is wanting to bring him on board, other than that he is healthy as horse.

If their is any of you guys or gals looking for a hard worker who will show up on time and do what is expected as well as learn, I can personally vouch for the guy.

It does not necessarily have to be security guard type work, he just needs some income coming in.

If anyone is interested or needs more info please PM me.

Thanks

Marc

Clearwater Optics is seeking a sales professional with a creative background in increasing sales and building relationships.

The job is strictly commission based, but it's EASY and you can work from home, so long as you're computer savvy and have a phone to make free long distance calls.

We're looking to expand our product line from Texas to other states, so you would be calling marinas and bait shops everywhere to sell our polarized eye wear.

Feel free to PM me for commission info and any other questions you may have.

Best Regards,

Brandon Hurtado

Just lost my job. The company that I was working for has gone belly up. I worked for them for 2 years. The golf course and park construction business has slowed to almost a dead stop. I am a Landscape Construction Project Manager that that has over 13 years of industry knowledge. I have experience in the all aspects of park construction and high end commercial landscape and residential landscape. I'm also a licensed Irrigator and back flow tester. I have also been doing irrigation repair for over 8 years. If you have any leads or just need any landscape or irrigation needs please contact me at 940-634-2234. This is the wrong time of the year for a landscape professional to be looking for work.
