I have been fooling with these little bodies for probably a year and now need to know if people will want or use them. They would not be on jigs larger than 1/32 is a pretty key thing.

If I decide to get them there would probably be no more than 6 colors and all pretty good.

Oh and the tail can be hackle or marabou and even some kip tail.

So what is the verdict?

I have not, but have hardly fished this year much at all. Next year is going to be different for sure. One way or another I am going to get a lot of spring time fishing in.

how do you get the body over the head of the hook and over the feathers? Do you tie the feathers to the hook first, then just stretch the body over the head?

I like the texture, but if they arn't going to be available in anything besides 1/32 or below, I think they probably wont be worth while for a big investment.

I would be interested in 1/16 if available. I think most guys don't fish the 1/32 oz or smaller stuff.

Been fishing the 1/16 on the bottom with a 1/32 on top for a month now with fantastic results. That catapiller body would most likely be killer in the flooded creeks with all the flooding going on. reminds me of those stinging catapillers that used to fall down my back off Redbud shrubs and burn the stew out of me.

maybe send some free ones out to everybody and we can test them for you with some accurate results, no guesswork. I lose alot so Id need about 100.
