HEY CAT MEMBERS (Lake Lewisville Fun Day)!!!
The next big CAT Special Event is coming up November 14 at Lake Lewisville (Little Elm Park) the Lake Lewisville Fun Day. The fishing should be terrific so don’t miss this draw tournament.

Draw Tournament
If you want to sign up for the draw tournament, you need to:
Come to the CAT November Meeting, contact Paul O’Bier at 972-816-2481, or sign up at Finny Tribe http://www.finnytribe.com. You can sign up as a boater or non-boater. We will have a drawing at the meeting to determine teams. Boaters and non-boaters will be paired up.

Tournament hours are from 8 am until 12:30 p.m. and you must be in the weigh-in line by 1:00 p.m. Entry fee is $10.00/person. Each team will weight five (5) fish. The weigh-in will be at Little Elm Park. You must be a member of CAT to fish the tourney. Off limits will start at midnight November 13. All other CAT rules will apply.
There will also be an optional big fish pot for $5.00 per team.

Forty-Seven Teams fished the last CAT tournament The Texas State Crappie Championship and fishing promises to be even better at Lewisville, so don’t miss out. We hope to see you on the water, and good luck!

I may fish in this but I am not real good. I can lose $12.50 with the best of you though.

I have had enough bad luck on tourneys this year...I was actually looking for a FISH FRY gathering though...after all, it's called "Fun Day"...right?

Is there always enough non-boaters to go around? Maybe I could draw an expert like Chris Waters, Anthony, or Stucky and improve my chances.

You could sign up as a non-boater, however; if there are more non-boaters then boaters we would ask you to move to the boater category to help the numbers work out. I know you have a nice champion rig and can catch fish. I've seen the photos.

I am thinking like you Wes. I just want to be sure everyone has a ride. I don't mind paying for lessons learned to be sure everyone has fun. This is for fun!

Click on "Products" and then "Fishing Accessories". I know, I know...that's one of the reasons why we need an upgrade!!

You can pay for the tournament through our website, but you'll still need to turn your entry form found on the CAT website in to Paul or mail it in to CAT.

Will the 1 and 2 divisions apply?

No. It is a draw tournament. Boater and non-boaters register. Non-boaters are then paired with boaters without regard to division.
