Congrats to Bruce Tucker for his day 1 lead at Lake O the Pines in the Media Individual Championship. He had 25 pounds on a lake that's 11 feet high and continues to rise. Second place had just over 22 pounds. Once again the Cowtown Division is well represented no thanks to me....

Looks like its official, Bruce wins a close one. Congrats man. I wonder if he won it on the smoke a cig take a crank on the ol c-rig pattern?

Congrats to Bruce on an impressive 35 pounds to win the tournament!!!

Congrats to Bruce and also to Craig Gross. Craig had a really consistent showing and I'm sure it hurts to lose by .2 something. Them boys put a hurtin on the rest of the field. Tough conditions, but as usual good sticks find a way to get er' done. I got to meet Bruce at launch Day 1 and Day 2. Very nice guy and a well deserved win.

Bruce is an old buddy....where was the championship at anyhow?

Well never meet bruce until thursday during prefishing and he is a outstanding person,,the lake was a mess so I went south and found a great school of fish and said to my self no one will find this spot lol, but bruce did lol he drew a better number than me and we talk friday at the meeting and he said lets share the hole ( size of a pool),,well day one in ten min he hade what we thought was 20 pounds and I hade 15 so we left the spot the rest of the day,,well found out bruce hade 25 pounds I said just give me the word and I am out of there but he said lets fish it the same way sunday ($10,000 on the line) well it work out great we fish side by side for two days talk the hole time lol,,Feel lucky to meet him great guy!!!!!!
