Challenge Bass Tournaments will be holding two open team bass tournaments for the fall of 2009. November 14- Bob Sandlin Barefoot Bay Marina November 21- Tawakoni Lake Tawakoni State Park
ENTRY FEE: $100 INCLUDES BIG BASS POT GUARANTEED 85% PAYBACK PAYING 1 PLACE PER 5 ENTRIES NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED!
Not for sure at this point....hoping for at least 25-30 boats or so....perhaps more at Sandlin. Fall tournaments traditionally dont draw as well with everyone switching more to the hunting mode.

Nov 14th there is a big tournament on Lake Bob Sandlin. Its the Anglers Quest tournament of champions out of Barefoot that same day. There will be a few pros from Sam Rayburn fishng this tournament 2 days on Nov 14 and Nov 15th. May pick another day.

With 2 events out of the state park on the same day, I hope you guys don't go over the maximum boat limit allowed within the park. Ya'll know their's a "NEW SHERIFF" in town. At least that's what she calls herself.
Less than 1 week to go till the "new" Challenge Bass Tournaments kicks off with the Bob Sandlin tournament out of Barefoot Bay Marina. Hope to see everyone there. It was almost 13 yrs to the day that the largest bass ever weighed in at a Challenge Bass Tournament was brought to the scales....a whopping 13.04 lbs. The fish was caught by Don Free of Mesquite and was released back into the lake!
