A. We understand and agree to abide by the rules set for this tournament and are enclosing entry fees. We hereby waive and release Cowboy Church of Ellis County and all agents,
employee representatives and other personnel (in their official and individual capacities), the hosts, sponsors, agents and all other contestants from any and all claims of injury and/or material and bodily damage in connection with the tournament.
B. Covenant not to sue and waiver of subrogation: We further agree that we will never sue CCEC , for damages on account of any injury we suffer or cause whether known now or which may develop in the future. We understand that in waiving our rights to sue the CCEC, we are also waiving our rights of recovery from CCEC, of insurance carrier for any claims they may pay on our behalf. Any and all litigation will be held in the county of residence of CCEC.
C. We further state that we maintain liability insurance on the boat we will use for this tournament.
D. We agree to submit to a polygraph test, if requested by the tournament officials, and that said polygraph examiners decision will be accepted by us without further appeal. Failure of such polygraph will automatically disqualify us from the tournament.
E. We agree that CCEC, and their agents may photograph us, in conjunction with this
tournament and may use said photographs and our name in any commercial use without our written consent.
