Do you have a specific one you like?
What do you like about it?
What baitfish do you use it for?

well, I'll tell ya the regular 30$ ones at walmart suck for shad. The 3/8 in holes constantly get the 2 inchers stuck in um. At grapevine near the aeriator you can get about 200 shad in one throw and 80% are stuck and a pain to get out.

I just get the cheapest 6 footer I can find. If you use it you will tear or hang it. I like the small mess, but the little shad to hand up bad. On the good side they are great pitching over the side chum.....

I have 3 cast nets. If I am out bank fishing or if I want to catch some minnows, I will use my nylon 1/4" mesh cast net. Then if I am out in the boat casting shallow i use the nylon 3/8" mesh cast net. If I have to go deeper to try and get my shad, then I will use my mono 3/8" cast nets because it will sink faster than nylon.

I use and prefer Bait Buster nets. I have a 7' with 3/8" mesh and 1.5 lbs. per foot of weight. It is a hand made 6-panel net that opens well, sinks fast and catches anything in its path. They are a little more expensive than the ones at Wal-Mart and Academy, but they are worth the extra cost. It is a lot heavier than most other nets and takes a little getting used to. www.justcastnets.com
