Danny, are you on http://www.socalcarpclub.com/ ? You should be able to find out exactly how the law reads as to chumming or using pva,method or stringers. I know Cali has some of the stupidest laws when it comes to fishing.

yeah Scott I am on that forum as well... and after having met up with some of them... they basically do everything we've been in Texas... doing it discreetly of course... feeding those ducks~

The only place I've been warned for "feeding the ducks" was at Casitas. I'd advise anyone still be discreet, or smart, about it.
