Hit Colleyville Nature Center this morning on my way to work to do some bass fishing and I pulled in a decent sized Crappie on a Fluke.

Any of you Crappie fisherman hit CNC for Crappie on a regular basis? I'm wondering if they are plentiful there or this was a rare catch.

I would guess it's a rare catch. I have never caught crappie there. Which pond were you fishing?

it was one of the 3 ponds on the western part of the CNC. the one long pond that runs North and South.

Nice! Yeah, I know there are some monster bass in that pond and there is plenty of vegitation so it would hold fish. How deep were you fishing?
