Probably $5 would be appropriate unless you got alot of individual help. Last time I checked, it's only about $25/each for those bay trips, so $5 would be about a 20% tip.

I usually tip $5 at the beginning of the trip. That way he knows to take care of me! If he is really good and shows me more attention during the trip.... I tip him accordingly : )
One time growing up, my dad did this to one. The deck hand took me asside and rigged up a special pole for me which caught the "big fish". I won the big fish pot and made me a really happy kid! Not sure how much dad gave him out of that pot.... but im sure it made the deck hand happy!
