we went out there last night 9-26-09. the lake was packed , i guiess from branig turning over ( thats why i went to cally). never been on the lake before so it was a whole new exp. just getting the boat in ,lol i thoght i was going to have water in the bed of my truck , i had to back so far in. i didn't know any good spots to catch shad ( i tried but only got 1-2 inches. so we used big marvs, dk original and secrect 7. we sat in the same place all night (because i didn't know the lake ) we caught 8 dinks and 8 keepers, nothin to brag about. we caught everything on big marvs. didn't get a bite on any of the others. my wife caught most of the fish and really had a good time , so it was well worth the trip.
