Sorry Stephen, it looks like Saturday on the West bank is the plan. I know Jesse Chris Myself and possibly Ben are in. Its going to be a day affair guys but if anyone wants to fish into the night its a possibility!

I'm going to fish, sore elbow or not. Did ok yesterday with Jeff. We caught several mid to upper teens buffalo, and several other smaller carp.

i believe its gonna be at lawther dr and at fisher rd, the same place we have the lscb tourny, thats really the only place that can hold more than 3 people and not be a problem

hey ya to the right of where we have been catching has plenty of bank space . we probably need a head count to see whos coming . yesterday i hauled where cris,jeff and ben came the other day . some draw backs there is a little walking to set up but not bad at all . also the restrooms will have to be driven to and sinced its a one way road will have to exit and re enter which also isnt a killer . i think we should go where its been producing but its up to all

Fisher road works for me. Rather be able to park close to the swim. That would be my vote, but I'm game for either spot.

Ben, if you take a left on Winstead just before you go over the dam, then take a right on White Rock Rd, Then go left on Lawther it will take you there the fastest way. Remeber when you take Lawther, stay to the left when it comes to a y in the road. You will go under a bridge, then follow that around and you will be headed into the right direction and should see a few of us down there. I drive the silver camaro, curt drives a Red tundra(i think) nice new red truck, cant miss it lol. We'll see you there!

were all done pretty much, i think Jesse and his buddy tony moved on to the east side, but i did end up schooling em' today with 8 or so carp and a couple buffalo. Biggest one was only 14 lbs, but i started catching pretty consistent when the wind died down.(just after you left curt)

we have one of those but my baby is too small even for that shes only a week old and she was a preemie 4 weeks early

You can always get your scales certified after the fact and still submit it for the record. You have either 30 or 60 days to do so.

I knew you guys had caught bigger fish. Just ragging on Jeff, cause I made it a point to ask him about the record.

well after seeing someone in the hot swim today a decided to walk down to where i had recommended we try and they were there . ended up catching all carp(8) this time and no buffs(0) .all fish were in the mid teens and this one real close to twenty judging the weight by eyeballling it . the second was the average size . caught some on old dried up tiger nuts and some on my homeade boilies ( without that "must" semole flour )

I think you fish best using old, dried out, sun-baked baits...

I was going through my camera today and forgot all about taking this picture. This was a buff Jesse caught last weekend that had the prettiest blue/green/yellow irridescence.

The picture shows it OK but nothing compared to how cool it looked in person.

that was a great looking Buff for sure!!!
