while fishing at the bridge pilings today I notices hundreds of mayflies stuck to the pilings near the water and it got me thinking. Im sure alot of those mayflys get blown into the water and those crappie are just down there waiting to pick them off. What I had in mind though is a jig that sinks, but looks like a mayfly. I dont have a clue how to start to tie something like that though. so if anyone can do it, and post a pic, it would be greatly appreciated. the mayflies on the pilings are yellow or brown.
