I usually use white bass, tarter, cilantro in a corn tortilla. Maybe a little lettuce and onion.

I've used crappie, catfish and sand bass, crappie is my preference, but any will work.

light coat of olive oil, generously apply your favorite blackened seasoning and grill the fish.

tortilla, fish, gotta use cabbage (not lettuce) and whatever fixins you prefer on it (cheese, salsa, etc.)

quick, easy and good

Never made them but if you want some really good fish tacos. Go to FUZZY's in Ft. Worth. They are located at University and Berry, right next door to the 7-11

Grilled tilapaia, corn tortillas, cabbage, pico de gallo, and a avacado cream sauce. Little salsa for some kick. Good stuff.

Cook you're preffered fish with some blackening seasoning, put on a tortilla and add mango salsa - Mangoes, pineapple, purple onion, jalapeno, cilantro and lime juice
