94' Chevy V6 Throttle Body..
Not getting fuel to the carb 90% of the time. Changed Fuel Pump, Fuel Pump Relay and Fuel Filter and Throttle Position Sensor.. I can get it to start on Starting Fluid and it runs like a champ. At idle it has a nice spray out of the injectors. After so, so, so many tries it will fire up on its own.. Anyone ever had this problem or can suggest a reasoning for this happening? Im LOST on what else it could be!!.
Pull that TBI off and clean it really good, soak it for a night if you have too, it could just be the injectors gummed up a little bit. Whats the spray pattern look like at higher RPM? If it aint pretty clean that thing throw a bottle of lucas injector cleaner in it and fill her up and you should be good.

those were notorious for the computers going bad on them causing a no start problem due to no injector pulse,do a tap test on the computer and see if it stalls if you get it started.by tap test i mean take the computer loose from where it sits and tap the side of it while it is running if it stalls replace it. ,

tap it, tap it !!!! end of a big screwdriver works well.. and it its bad- remove it, and tap it with a sledgehammer cures frustration issues immediately
